I’m passionate about helping people like you who have tried every diet there is and are afraid they love food too much to lose weight. I love teaching people how to get off the diet hamster wheel, and stop emotional eating so they can enjoy the foods they love while permanently losing their desire to overeat along with their excess weight.
In 2008, I was at my highest weight ever, after struggling with diets and deprivation since I was 13. Then I discovered how to ditch dieting for good, eat the foods I love, and lose the weight! I can’t wait to help you do it too.
I created this challenge because I want to help anyone who is interested end their struggle with weight, stop the diet madness, and experience the true liberation of being able to eat what they love without gaining weight.
