A great review for those of us who have already done the program. For the record, I’m still keeping a food log and keeping the weight off. Heard something today at PT… that there was an experiment in which the amount of protein in the diet was increased: the men lost fat and built muscle. The women did too, but not as dramatically. Wonder if this might get me off the current plateau…
