For this program to work, you have to make a commitment to yourself. A commitment to changing your habits and your relationship with food and eating. You have to commit to show up and do the work.
You get access to the materials indefinitely. You get a lengthy period of coaching because no one does this perfectly. Sometimes life gets in the way, and some people take longer than others to integrate their new habits into their life. I offer personalized support and guidance to you through the coaching sessions and in our facebook group. Because it’s not a diet, perfection isn’t the goal. Showing up and doing the work is the goal. It is also a choice you have to make. When you do that, you get results.
If you sign up to work with me, I want you to respect your commitment to yourself, to say yes to being who you want to be, and to show up and do the work. Making a financial commitment is part of that. If you're like most people (me included), once you spend the money, you’re more likely to commit and stick with it.
