After you register and make a payment for a program, there are no refunds. Here's why.
For this program to work, you have to make a commitment to yourself. A commitment to changing your habits and your relationship with food and eating. You have to commit to show up and do the work.
You get access to the materials indefinitely. You get a year of coaching because no one does this perfectly. Sometimes life gets in the way, and some people take longer than others to integrate their new habits into their life. I offer personalized support and guidance to you through the coaching sessions and in our facebook group. Because it’s not a diet, perfection isn’t the goal. Showing up and doing the work is the goal. It is also a choice you have to make. When you do that, you get results.
If you sign up to work with me, I want you to respect your commitment to yourself, to say yes to being who you want to be, and to show up and do the work. Making a financial commitment is part of that. If you're like most people (me included), once you spend the money, you’re more likely to commit and stick with it.
Everyone has setbacks. Everyone. It’s a normal part of change. But if you are committed to yourself and your goals, you will pick yourself up and get started again. This no refunds policy is an incentive to keep going when you have a setback.
If you are concerned that you have failed at numerous diet programs in the past, and that it won't be any different this time, that is the kind of mindset that will undermine your efforts. Unlike other things you may have tried, this is not a diet. It’s very different from a diet. There are no forbidden foods and I don’t tell you what to eat. I focus on helping you change how and why you’re eating because those are mostly what’s causing weight gain. I help you experience the liberation of having your favorite foods around and not feeling the urge to eat them all. That’s why women succeed with this when they have failed with diets. It’s diets that are the failure, not you.
