You’ll attend 60-minute group sessions online two or three times per month for a full year from the date of registration. You’ll learn new strategies to overcome your obstacles to permanent weight loss. If you miss a call, don’t worry. It will be recorded so you can listen at your leisure. You can also submit questions in advance so you’ll get answers even when you can be on the live call. Coaching sessions will be on Thursdays at 3 pm Eastern, 2 pm Central, 1 pm Mountain, Noon Pacific, 4 pm Atlantic and 8 pm GMT.

FAQ: When does the course begin and end? It begins when you sign up, and you have access to the course materials for an unlimited amount of time. You can do the modules at your own pace.
FAQ: Does this course come with coaching? Yes, there are live online coaching sessions 2-3 times a month. You have access to these for a full year!
FAQ: How do I access the live coaching sessions? The sessions are done on Zoom, which can be accessed for free from your computer with an Internet connection, or by phone using a specific phone number or the app. If you access it from your computer, you will not have to pay toll charges. There are also local phone numbers to call from many places around the world.
FAQ: What is the time commitment per week? It depends. If you do one module each week, including the worksheets, that will take you probably less than an hour. The coaching sessions are every other week for an hour, and you can choose whether to attend live or watch the replays. Watching and attending the live sessions is not mandatory but is very helpful and recommended.
FAQ: Do I get support, community or 1 to 1 access to you? You get support directly from me via the live coaching sessions. There is also a private facebook group for course members to support one another and ask me questions. I do not provide individual email support, except if you’re having tech issues.

I’d recommend this excellent program to anyone who was interested. Shari presents the materials in a personal, real and very pragmatic way. She’s warm, personable, and smart, and her approach makes so much sense. Most importantly, making Shari’s approach my way of life has been so liberating! I definitely recommend this program. I’m eating less while enjoying all foods, and the weight is coming off, slowly but surely! Shari offers many interesting concepts that help with rethinking my daily issues with food. Her style is friendly, accepting and encouraging. Although I was hesitant to join because I’ve tried many times to lose weight and didn’t stick to a program, Shari’s approach is one I can easily live with.
