You’ll attend ten 60-minute group sessions online where you’ll learn new strategies to overcome your obstacles to permanent weight loss. If you miss a call, don’t worry. It will be recorded so you can listen at your leisure. You can also submit questions in advance so you’ll get answers even when you can be on the live call. Coaching sessions will be on Thursdays at 3 pm Eastern, 2 pm Central, 1 pm Mountain, Noon Pacific, 4 pm Atlantic and 8 pm GMT.
You'll receive assortment of written exercises and tools that will help you practice what you learn in the weekly sessions and incorporate it into your life so that not overeating and dropping pounds becomes practically effortless!

I definitely recommend this program. I’m eating less while enjoying all foods, and the weight is coming off, slowly but surely! Shari offers many interesting concepts that help with rethinking my daily issues with food. Her style is friendly, accepting and encouraging. Although I was hesitant to join because I’ve tried many times to lose weight and didn’t stick to a program, Shari’s approach is one I can easily live with.
