Love Weight Loss for Foodies. Shari does a great job. Lost 10 lbs slowly eating what my body wanted. I have shunned anything that feels restricted in my life. I am loving my body and appreciate how it feels and what it tells me. The other night it wanted 1/2 of a tuna fish sandwich instead of ice cream. Not that god every day but I stopped beating myself up.
