I am truly enjoying your podcasts and have downloaded your think sheets and keep them by my side for inspiration. I have lost weight but my main goal is not to have food control me any longer  and am hopeful this can happen because of you. It all makes sense to me and I’m enjoying the way my body is feeling lighter not so bloated. I am eating all the foods I enjoy but I think the cravings are getting less. I’ve been listening to your podcasts every day for a month now. You start my day!

More from our listeners...

Here’s what listeners are saying about the Weight Loss for Foodies Podcast...

Shari's approach to eating, food, and self-image has helped me more than anything else! Though the process of learning how to eat only when I'm hungry has been emotionally challenging at times, it has helped my digestion, my self-image, and my feelings of self-efficacy/self-confidence to be able to drop the weight, for once and for all. Shari's generosity, positive and thoughtful demeanor, and practical, inclusive teachings have made so much of the difference. Thanks, Shari!

Love Weight Loss for Foodies. Shari does a great job. Lost 10 lbs slowly eating what my body wanted. I have shunned anything that feels restricted in my life. I am loving my body and appreciate how it feels and what it tells me. The other night it wanted 1/2 of a tuna fish sandwich instead of ice cream. Not that god every day but I stopped beating myself up.
