Lesson Three: Manage Your Emotions in a Healthy Way

Problem: Food has been your salve for all of your uncomfortable emotions. Instead of having a healthy relationship with your emotions, you eat to avoid feeling them or distract yourself.


Solution: You’ll learn tools for feeling your emotions, channeling them in a healthy way, and managing your thinking so that you no longer feel the urge to eat when you’re sad, angry, frustrated, overwhelmed or stressed out.
